At the 2024 Zhuhai China Airshow, the China South Industries Group Corporation (CSGC) showcased four robotic wolves specialized in performing military tasks to assist the Chinese military in its warfare.

Each robot weighs 70 kilograms and possesses advanced movement capabilities, allowing it to walk, run, climb stairs, and avoid obstacles in complex environments. It is equipped with suitable sensors that integrate with intelligent algorithms that manage its movement, enabling it to move efficiently on the battlefield.

They are controlled by a human operator who receives data from multiple sources, and can operate independently in case of losing communication with the operator.

These robots work with humans and each is specialized in performing a specific task. The first is tasked with reconnaissance and surveillance and analyzes data and transfers it to the center or to other humans and robots. The second performs the task of maneuvering and firing, and is equipped with a machine gun. The third is specialized in logistical tasks such as bringing the necessary equipment for the accompanying human team, and the fourth is a medical robot that takes care of injured human elements and secures first aid supplies.

This robotic group represents an advanced step in the use of robots in battles. In addition to improvements in their movement capabilities and intelligent systems, intelligent algorithms are used to coordinate their work towards a specific goal, making them more capable of performing complex tasks that may in the future replace direct human intervention in many cases.
